After you find something that interests you, give the office a call at (651) 290-0391 or send us an email. We are happy to arrange tours of all the apartments that you are interested in viewing. If you’d like to see more photos of a particular apartment, we are happy to send you additional photos as well.
Applications and Leases
You can print and complete an application prior to your tour or you can complete our online application below after your tour. Simply click on the “More info” button in the “General Application” area and you will be brought to our online application. If you prefer to complete a paper application, our rental agent or building managers can also give you applications. We screen all applicants for credit, housing and criminal history, and we have high standards that we maintain as we choose a new resident, which protects our residents and insure peaceful and quiet living communities for everyone. We charge $45 per applicant for our application fee. A co-signer counts as an applicant.
Upon approval of your application, we invite you back to view the property one more time and to sign the lease agreement (open and review sample lease). At the lease signing, a deposit equivalent to one months rent is required and the first-month rent is payable at move-in time. We often prefer one-year leases initially with new residents but can be flexible depending on the time of year.
Once a lease is signed, we maintain good communication with you and do our very best to make your moving process as smooth as possible because we understand how stressful moving can be! We always do our best to give you an early move-in whenever possible to ease that crunch of having to move in a 24-hour time frame!
